 Our greatest strength lies in the development of the widest possible variety of connection solutions for specific clients. Thermo Moulding’s modular moulds enable Nyloplast to operate with a high degree of flexibility. The relatively low level of investments involved in Nyloplast’s Thermo Moulding production technology enables us to work together with our clients (PVC manufacturers, concrete manufacturers, trading companies, etc.) in the annual development of several new products and product variants for specific clients.
Every year we develop a large number of new plastic fittings in close collaboration with various European organizations. Many of these are completely new products that begin on our drawing boards. The process resulting in a brand-new or modified product is managed on the basis of the contacts between your product managers and our engineers and account managers – an approach which results in an average lead time for new products of just three to six months! The low threshold investment secures a rapid return on investment.
